Macial Keuwa is an experienced leader and international consultant specializing in business, corporate diplomacy, government relations, and consular affairs. He has held key roles with PepsiCo, Volvo North America, the World Bank, and U.S. government agencies. He holds a Master’s in Diplomacy and a Bachelor’s in Political Science, and is pursuing graduate studies in Political Science at Howard University. Fluent in French, English, and Spanish, he is married with three children.

Adeline Ouattara is an accomplished professional in international trade and economic cooperation, with over a decade of experience supporting U.S.–West Africa investment, partnerships, and bilateral engagement. She has held senior leadership roles in U.S.–Africa business organizations and is recognized for her work in education, community development, and institutional capacity building. She is fluent in English and French, with intermediate proficiency in Spanish.

Armand Olivier Amani is an accomplished IT consultant with expertise in cybersecurity, network security, and project management (PMP and ITIL4 certified). He drives strategic initiatives at PVAD, fostering African diaspora engagement and promoting U.S.–Africa economic and cultural collaboration. Committed to community impact, he mentors young Africans in academic and professional pathways, applying his leadership skills and disciplined approach.
